POOR CALL CENTRE SERVICE-NEVER HELP

I have been getting an sms everyday telling me my number is softlocked .when they unlock it lasts only few hours until one consultant told me to increase my limit of which i agreed then i was told my credit limit will be increase but again yesterday I recieved same message my number is softlocked.<br> <br> <br> This is the worse service ever to think that i hav joined vodacom recently .I regret ever taking a vodacom contract.
