Thereafter a sales person contacts you to make sure your needs have been fully covered and to take the sale further. So after this whole process was complete I was sold and was told in order to qualify for the price quoted I needed to pay an 80% deposit, as the quoted price included the Eskom rebate which was due to expire end of January 2015. I happily obliged and made the deposit and also gave Suntank a bit of grace as I only needed the geyser installed in March 2015 as I was busy with renovations at the time and this I made it very clear to the lady that assisted me. This amount was paid in full in December 2014, Due to incompetency on Nedbanks side the amount was reversed and the account was left in arrears although he settled the account we had to entertain calls from the call centre requesting payment on the account. Numerous trips where made to the Chatsworth Centre branch two months later this was sorted out and a paid up letter was given to him. To his surprise this information was not updated with the credit bureau and its now four months later. He is now debt free and app**** for vehicle finance which was declined due to Nedbanks lack of ethics. his vehicle is sold and now he's placed in an awkward position because he cannot obtain finance.... Is this really fare???? It is shocking to know that when you miss a payment or make a late payment your credit rating is updated but when you settle an account of a large amount you still do not reap the benefits... That is astounding..;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;823674;603;14;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/04/09 9:11;15/04/09 12:02;Easy to sell but after service poor!;;;;I went to CNA on 25 March 2015 and they told me that they didn't had PSP's in stock. On Thursday, 2 April 2015 I went to CNA again and they had 1 PSP in stock. What was strange to me is that the PSP was not sealed in a package like the one I bought in December 2014 at CNA.<br> <br> I packed the PSP in and when we reached our Holiday resort the Kids wanted to play PSP so I took out the PSP and the seal that was on the box was \cellotape\""and not how they usually seal it. Anyway"
