Poor assistance from Vodacom

I have been reporting my challenge with network connections when am at my work area where I spend most of my time to vodacom 082135. They take my alternative no and promise to investigate. It's more than a month waiting for them and this is affecting me and my work.

I ended up buying a new phone thinking that my old phone had a problem only to waste my money because even with the new handset, it's still not working.
