Poor and unsatisfied service

Good day. I went to Vodashop Clearwater on Sunday to take out a Cellphone contract.The Consultant helped me and i completed the application.He told me it takes 4 hours to be approved and that he will phone me once it was succsesfull. 5 Hours later no phone call so i phoned the shop myself.After i got hold off the consultant he told me that the application is partially approved and that i need to pay in R1800.I told him that i will get back to him Monday the 7th November.Monday came and i called him to tell him that i will pay the R1800.He told me that they dont have stock off the phones and would only get them by Wednesday.The consultant phoned me 2 Hours before i where be to be on my way to collect the phones and said to be no the contract on the System has now changed and i have to pay in R4800 upfront.How can a Provider agree on the phone with me the client then 2 days later change.I have left a email to their Customer care and till now have not heard a word from them.This is very bad Service.I will get Hold off one off the Senior Managers to take this matter further.Vodacom is very Quick to phone once u owe them money but when it comes to serve the Customers they dont care.
