Poor and **** service from Secunda Vodacom branch

I have upgraded to a new phone around September 2022. Since then my phone was sent in for repairs 4 times already. Where it lasts weeks to "repair" and just sending the faulty phone back. They refused to replace my phone. The Secunda branch refuses to help us in any way but we took out the contract with them. I am now paying a phone for months that i dont even have. After the 4th time being sent in they now want to give me another unseald phone with weaker specs that my original phone. I declined the offer as i dont want a "weaker" phone . Their response back is take it or leave it. Im disgusted with the service i recieve from vodacom and vodacom Secunda branch. Im paying for a broken phone that i dont even have. I have sent 8+ emails to vodacom with literally no response back.I will stay away from vodacom as far as possible. If i could i would cancel all contracts i have with them!! And advice all and new customers to beware of the big **** vodacom is.
