Poor and rude service.

Frustrating experience inside Vodacom, Hartbee****rt. Not because I could fault the assistant's explanation but because of his rude attitude of 'That's ok.' No matter how I explained my problem he said, 'I can't help that.' or 'That's ok'. I tired calling customer service, which was unhelpful as I could get nowhere. When I said I may think of changing provider, I was told, 'Thats ok,' What is it with Vodacom?
