Poor and Pathetic service

Truly pathetic service from Vodacom. Do not expect anyone to ever call you when they say they will. Do not expect any kind of satisfaction when dealing with them. All they are interested in is taking your money. They have promised to call me on numerous occasions but have not done so. Instead, they have started using this platform as a way to deal with customer complaints. Not very professional at all. I expect to be called and dealt with as a valued customer in a professional and courteous manner.
