Poor and frustrating service from VODACOM.

I took a contract phone with vodacom and poted my number that i have been using for 18 years. Due to financial problems i did not pay my account and my number was blocked until it was handed over to HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS. When my financial problems were sorted I contacted the attorney and they gave me the settlement balance of which I paid it off in the 23 July . Attorneys gave me settlement letter and i gave the letter to vodacom in Hillcrest and they said they will send it to head office so they will re instate my number. I have been up and down going to vodacom Hillcrest everyday but until today they are unable to help me get my number back so please help me get my number back from VODACOM I Am so frustrated with them. I paid all their money 6 weeks ago but they are not activating my number. I won't recomend any of my family and friend to take contracts with VODACOM because of the poor and frustating service they giving me. My number that I need back is ***
