POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have been a Vodacom client for the past 10 years. Last week Tuesday I get a call from a Vodacom telesales saying they are offering me 1 Vodafone 3G 7\ tablet for R119 per month with a specific amount of data. It seemed like a very good offer so I accepted. I spent 15 minutes on the phone giving my details. I was told the tablet would be delivered to my place of choice within 3 working days. By Thursday I already had my tablet. I thought wow wonderful service. It is now Monday (5 days after deliver of this device)
