Poor after sales service

I took out a laptop contract 2 years ago where I got a HP laptop with serial number CND5415WFP, telephone number for this contract is ********** . During this 2 years the laptop was sent in 5 times for the same problem: faulty hard drive. About 5 weeks ago I sent it in AGAIN for the same problem and was informed this morning that they won't fix it as the laptop is out of warranty. This is unacceptable!!!! I have been paying this contract on time every month despite the fact that it was sent in so many times. Why did they not replace the laptop after the 3rd or 4th time it was sent back for the same problem? I took out that laptop contract specifically for school projects and every time the laptop was sent in, all the work on it was lost, including all my photo's. The lady at Vocacom chatz in Ermelo, Chantall, can confirm that the laptop was sent in 5 times. This is my second laptop contract that I took out from Vodacom and with the first laptop (an Acer) I never experienced any problems. I gave my old laptop to someone who really cannot afford to buy one so at this stage I don't have a laptop or computer on which my children and I can do our work / projects.

After sending an email to vodacom head office directly, I received an email this morning wherein I was informed that they cannot fix the laptop because it is out of warranty. This is unacceptable!! Why did they not fix the laptop properly the first 4 times?? The last time I sent the laptop in, they put it aside for a month. After a month they sent it back with the excuse that they want the serial number. Why did they not phone me for the serial number? What kind of technicians cannot get a serial number from the box OR even the laptop itself? Did they put it aside because they noticed that the warranty expires within a month just so that they don't have to fix it??? I gave them the numbers for the lady at Vodacom Chatz who booked the laptop every time as well as the one for the technician who fixed the laptop the previous times but not even that is good enough for them. Despite the fact that the laptop was sent in so many times, I never stopped payment. This is pathetic
