poor advice and bad service received

i was assisted by a gentlemen whom i belive is a sales promoter for LG. i told him that i needed an affordable contract phone that takes good quality pictures. He recommended an LG G3 phone. I was than refferred to a sales consultant to seal the deal, to my shock when i got home the phone's camera quality is not what I was made to believe. The phone takes blury pictures and the hand wave for taking selfies does not even work. i returned the next day to return the phone and was told that it's not possible. My issue is that firstly the contract was not fully explained to me, the sales consultant briefly when through the sections that i needed to initial verbally. he then said i can return the phone within 7 working days if i'm not happy with the device. the copy of the contract and terms and conditions were not given to me nor was it explained. secondly i was not given options so i can make an informed decision. no selection of other phones in the same category were recommended. i was thrown into a phone and was mislead to believe its the best phone available. They did not provide me a wide range of phones at a sim**** price bracket I could have chosen to make my decision,
