Poor admin

Don’t trust their call centre deals, check it is correctly app**** the first month. In my case data bundles not app**** because data portion of deal was app**** before capturing upgrade, upgrade then overrides the data deal. Multiple calls, hours on the phone and still no data as of 9 day of the new month. Ghosted by *** when directed to this department, back with customer care to escalate………..
