police reference for insurence -IME

it is so frustrating to deal with big companies that don't care about their client, ill make the long story short, my daughters phone was ****** and it is insured but VODACOM IS REFUSING to give me the reference for me to take to the police station for me to get a new phone from the insurance. if some1 in Vodacom can just send the reference an confirm that the IME number provided for the phone is blocked - IME -*** and *** the cell number *** that is the number used- you can send the reference to *** this is unacceptable. I will never use VODACOM again BLACKLIST MY PHONE THATS ALL
