POI RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

I have had to call in multiple times to cancel a co tract over the past 5 months just to have a surprise deduction end of every month, 3 weeks ago I finally managed to get the cancelation done and have the refund d processed just to have to constantly pho e in again and again to find out when my money will be paid out, this morning I had my POPI RIGHTS completely squashed by a consultant telling me the funds I'm owed is allocated as credit to a contract I no longer have and nothing g can be done to get my money refunded to my account if I don't provide my personal bank statements.
