Plenty of excuses and no solutions
I renewed my contract in November, didn't get the package I was promised and subsequently have been trying to reverse my renewal and get my number on prepaid. The reversal alone has been "an open inquiry" for 4 weeks. Not to mention the cellphone insurance I canceled in November, canceled again in January and that I am still seeing on my bill.
Is this what Vodacom customers can look forward to when they sign up with you? 4 weeks of unresolved queries, and then being billed for things that are already canceled?

03 Feb 2020, 16:43That is the same stock standard response every single Vodacom complaint gets, and I'm sure that is the only response Vodacom will ever give (I speak from experience).
Is this how your customers can expect to have their queries "resolved"?

10 Feb 2020, 15:23My issue is still unresolved, I am still unable to cancel my contract. When I call customer care, upgrades, cancellations, or retentions, no-one is able to help me, and they all suggest I speak to one of the other departments.
Vodacom's customer care is driving me crazy, is that the only thing they are equipped to do?
Can they not resolve customer queries?
