Pleased with service recived

<p>After laying two complains vodacom finally contated me, I spoke to a guy who was very friendly, he did his outmost best to help me. Due to my issues not being in his department ( field of service) he then told me that he will send my complain to the other department of which I recived a sms as proof that he did send my complain and I have to wait for two working days for the next respond.Over all I was happy with the level of service I recived.</p>
