Please vodacom call me so that I an have peace and clear my name

Is not the first time I wrote about the matter I had with vodacom at jabulani mall soweto, but what I get from vodacom is empty promises that they will call me until today, and what makes me sad or can a say angry is that I can't do or apply for some of the things because it says I own them 2500 for why I do not know because I don't have anything that belongs to vodacom since January
