please update my details with credit bureau

<p>I had a vodacom contract which was handed over to nimble,i paid it off and after that i stuggled to get my payment letter from them,which i finally got after writing on hello peter,i then asked nimble to update vodacom that the account is paid it,nimble told me they dont do that they only issue a paid up letter which i did not understand because they an vodacom had an agreement an one must notify the other that i have finished paying the account,an they told me i had to do it for myself ,i then contracted vodacom which after speaking to several people they gave me details of their legal department an the lady i was speaking to told me i need to tell nimble to inform vodacom that my account is paid ,but nimble said they dont do it,i then send an email to vodacom and nimble to ask that they commuicate and sort it out,and i got a response saying i must go to the nearest vodacom with my paid up letter,im confused right now and dont understand what has to be done ,vodacom says i must contact nimble,nimble says vodacom ,all i need is for my information to be update and i will never bother any of them again ,or do business with them .</p>
