Please take note Vodacom
Combination invoices Please be advised that as long as Vodacom persists in providing me with combination invoices for *** and ***, after I have requested and have been promised split invoices on numerous occasions, I will pay the original contract values and not the invoice amounts as I am unable to reconcile split invoices.
Cancelled contract for *** Also be advised that the contract for *** has been cancelled months ago. Since no one from Vodacom has contacted me regarding this cancellation as promised, I hereby wish to place on record that this contract has been cancelled and will come to an end on 30 April 2021 after which no more payments will be made.

04 Apr 2021, 12:21Yeah right, you have been saying for the past two months that a consultant would contact me. I am not holding my breath and will continue as per my original complaint. I have enough evidence to support how many times I have been asking and promised split invoices and how many times I have cancelled the contract.

09 Apr 2021, 10:50Yes thank you. Randall contacted me and his service was exceptional. He listened patiently and went through everything with me step-by-step. He sent me the correct split invoices, changed my email address on the back-end and teh contract has been cancelled as requested.
