Please take my money!

I owe Vodacom money, from some some turbulence in my financial life from way back plus COVID's consequences. So they handed me over to MJB attorneys, who sent me a mail in this year still and have now seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth. When I call Vodacom with my ID number to try and track it they simply can't help me. This is going to hinder all my future life plans but they don't care because they are an elephant and I am an ant. Looking at their level of responsiveness to complaints makes me feel as I am typing that I am wasting my time but I do not know which other avenues to pursue to sort this out if I can't come right by the source itself.

Life happens, and I could just let it roll over and expire but I do not wish to, I would rather make a settlement offer and clear my name. Can someone from Vodacom PLEASE look into this for me.
