Please stop the Debt collector as I do not owe money

Your ref number is *** - I have complained over the last years about this company that keeps on bothering me stating that I have an outstanding balance with Vodacom. The reference number quoted was supposed to sort this out as I am not behind in payment or anything. How long is this company going to keep on harassing me, can Vodacom not keep their Debt collectors informed?
