Please resolve current ongoing hello Peter complaint

Service tickets are being issued but my previous complaint to hello Peter isn't being finalised. Neo in retentions has the patience of a saint in trying to assist me to get final resolution. I am still waiting for the hello Peter team at Vodacom to give me a firm and final answer.
