Please Remove from profile

I have been trying to remove 3 numbers from my vodacom profile . I also went to customer care and ask for the removal thy gave me a reference number and said it would take 5 to 7 working days to me that is not acceptable why cant thy just remove it from my profile . 1.ref *** for *** 2.ref *** for *** and *** contract end date 25 March 2020.
