PLEASE RELOCATE MY ROUTER!!!!!

Logged a relocation of router request 2 months before move. Checked it 1 month before move - they had no record?!? Resubmitted request. After numerous emails and call centers and being told ‘I’ve escalated this’, ‘somebody will call you back today’, ‘we don’t know why this is happening’ - I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ROUTER TO BE RELOCATED..... I am now paying for a service that is non existent. PLEASE come and relocate my router!!!!!
