Please Please Please, let me pay you!!!
I was recently made redundant and approached Vodacom to make some sort of arrangement. Firstly, it was like pulling teeth - I had to complain here before I got any response from them. I was told that only when my debit orders bounced would they look into it (Sneaky, as they charge you a bounced debit order fee - hence making more money, not to mention the bank charges involved). It's been two months and they have no interest in getting back to me. Eventually, after me nagging they asked me to send some documents to an email address that bounces back. You obviously are in such a good financial position (through years of ripping people off) that you don't want me to pay you...
