Please pay back my money

Good day , I'm really not a happy customer on the 31 of December I bought 10gb data in my vodacom phone on the app through my bank account , they data was R239. After buying I got two deduction of R239 from my acc and yet I still received 10gb only. I have been waiting in you guys to refund my money back to my account or atlist top up the data with the remaining 10gb. I was told the money will be reversed since from the 31st /12/2020 and today is the 16/01/2021 as patient as I was still nothing .
