Please move away from Vodacom

As mentioned before. Vodacom has succumbed to GOD illusions. <br> <br> Of the more than 100 suppliers I have in my company, they are head above shoulders the most irritating to work with. <br> <br> When you have a problem, they go out of their way to irritate your further and make the problem bigger. Maybe they must learn from Telkom who actually LOOKS on the system and sees that you have been with them for years and spent about 250 000 rand with them Telkom actually tries to HELP you, not INFURIATE you.<br> <br> Their call center staff have pre learned responses and like a stuck record just repeat them over and over to you. <br> <br> If you can get your contract bought out by Cell C - GO FOR IT. Cell C needs clients and are still going out of their way to HELP.<br> <br> Vodacom knows its big and has a don't care attitude towards their clients.l <br> <br> Thankyou Cell C for buying out 94 of my other companies contracts. The last three must now move even if I lose my number after 20 years. I do not care. To get rid of VODACOM will be a big enough blessing.<br> <br> BTW. Vodacom. Do not phone me.
