Please make the marketing and cold calls stop

Please can you remove me from your marketing smses and calls, I ask evert time they call that I do not want to receive calls I will call if I want a product but I keep getting calls. I have tried to say stop on the smses and they say I need to check my preferences on the app. There is no setting for preferences. If this does not stop I will go to the information regulator.
