Please just shut down Vodacom Vincent
The ad in the Vodacom Hemmingways window says "same day repairs" - but the only branch that handles repairs in EL is the Vincent Vodacom branch.... I handed my phone in to that Vincent branch on 10/03/2020 to be repaired. I was waiting for a quote to submit to insurance but heard nothing from them until 24/03/2020 when they finally sent me the amount via email. The insurance claim was processed and I requested bank details from them on 20/04/2020. To date i have had no response from them. Two months later..... Please if you need your phone fixed DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH..... This is the most pathetic service I have ever received in my life! They don't answer phones, they don't respond to emails, they take 2 months just to tell you where and how to pay.... Goodness knows how long the actual repair is going to take...... The ad in Hemmingway's window is a total blatant lie.
