Please help Vodacom.

Is there a cellular company somewhere in this country that functions well??? My bad experiences with Vodacom are countless. From sending me a device that we didn't want, and in spite of receiving the confirmation of receipt after sending it back immediately, having to battle for 24 months unsuccessfully to try getting them not to deduct the money every month, ending up paying everything without ever being reimbursed. Then struggling to do a cancellation for ten days, only to hear it takes 21 working days, I just wonder. If it wasn't for some highlights like Chatz Zambezi, I would have long ago, climbed in a tree, and leave earth behind.
