Please help sort this out if you can

I have just written an open letter to vodacom here it is Dear Mr Joosub, I am writing to you in the hope that you might br interested in the type of service vodacom gives their clients once they have been ensnared by the charming sales team. My husband and,I both pensioners, were enticed into signing up for vodacom fibre last September. We were assured that it was a much better deal than internet package we had then, and of course we would be able to get a VoIP device that would cut out the expensive Telkom line that would no longer be necessary and the whole package would work out at a far more advantageous price. So sign up we did. The Fibre was installed and away we went. The first problem was porting our Telkom number. This seemed to pose insolvable problems for your team so after 3 months we gave up in frustration as we were now paying for the Fibre and the Telkom line so the deal was more than we were paying before. We were given a new VoIP number. But now all of a sudden we had to have clearance for international numbers. This needed all sorts of paperwork and signatures which never seemed to arrive on your side in spite of numerous emails and phone calls to your call centre who promised results, which never happened. Unfortunately on the 12th February this year my husband passed away suffering a massive heart attack and I was left with the problem. The international phone call saga carried on for weeks of stress and frustration and eventually a friend who lives in the same complex as your salesman managed to sort it out for me. When my husband died I called your call centre and asked to transfer the account into my name for which I was told I needed a death certificate and letters of executorship. 4 months ago I eventually got the letters of executorship and sent these through after speaking to a person in the call centre. Imagine my surprise when a day later my Fibre was cut off. After two days of no Fibre and no VoIP telephone I called again and the charming lady on the other side Lindy, said It was because I hadn’t paid my account. After assuring her that I had only gotten the account the previous week and had paid two days later we came to the conclusion that perhaps it could have something to do with said letters of executorship. As it was after hours and the relevant dept was closed she promised to call me back the following Monday afternoon. In the meantime I called the call Centre again and was told I would have go into a vodacom store to fill in all the documents and take all my paperwork with me.. At vodacom Waterstone Mall I was told that they had no forms and only dealt with cell phones but spent about 45 minutes through to your call Centre where vuyisile after a lot of argueing told them, and subsequently me,that I would be reconnected within 24 hours. On my way home the Lindy phoned and told me that she was setting up a conference call with a superior and when I told her that it was going to be reconnected by Vuyisile, she said he sat behind her and on talking to him he denied having told his colleague and me that the line was going to be connected. During the conference call I was again told I had to go into a vodacom store and when I argued and said they couldn’t help me was told in no uncertain terms not to interrupt while she was speaking and that the stores were there to help me. The next day I took myself to Somerset mall where a very kind young lady took pity on me and spent almost two hours filling in forms and making sure I had everything on my list to complete the transfer. We then called the call Centre and were told that they didn’t have the right forms but they would send them. This call took about 35 minutes before the forms came through. We completed the forms again and I took them to the nearest Internet cafe. More calls to your call Centre I was told that this was a procedure and could take time, in the meantime I think I have spoken to them all all, Cindy, Xoli, Akhenaten, One, very polite in spite of my ranting and raving but when you put the phone down in spite of all the promises you never hear from them again. Enter Warren Heneke. I had told them all that I had just had an eye operation and couldn’t drive, I was dependent on the kindness of friends and neighbours. Imagine my excitement when I got a letter to say that under the circumstances and because my children are overseas and I need to communicate with them he had turned the Fibre back on, but the forms I had filled in had two missing for them to transfer the account. Right, I thanked him by email and attached the completed forms. And life goes on until two weeks ago I checked my late husbands emails and found a mail saying that his Fibre account had been cancelled and boom the next day my Fibre was cut off again. This time I was told by Warren Heneke that the forms he requested previously were still outstanding. With all the emails between vodacom and me and the multiple SR numbers it took me almost three hours to find my original email with the required forms. I rep**** to him by sending my original email and attachments and asked him to kindly send me any others they might need to expedite the process. No reply from him and many calls to vodacom produced noresults. Lots of promises to send emails to the mysterious Mr Heneke and promises to call me back. Eventually I got through to a team manager whom I threatened with Hello Peter, your vodacom complaints Facebook page etc and he magaged to move it on. I was told that a technician would be around to install a new router and all would be well. Hurrah, at last the technician arrived and we were up and running until... two hours later my new router was flashing the internet light at me and again no Fibre. Another phone call to vodacom. Shamir ,very politely suggested that it looked as I had been given someone else’s router and he would sort it out. Another twenty minutes on the phone and he told me that this would need some time and promised he would sort it out. Give him an hour and he promised a callback. Never heard from him again. Next morning another call to vodacom. Shamir was off for the day and the famous team leader, no one seemed to know where he was. But eventually Brendan another team leader contacted me and received my wrath. But he basically said this could not be fixed in a hurry. And the saga goes on. I am 71 years old and not in good health. This whole episode has taken its toll and to say I will definitely not recommend vodacom to anyone is an understatement, and my story will be repeated to Hello Peter, Wendy Knowler social media and anyone who will listen . It has cost me almost R800 in data to date and has used up almost 400 minutes of my airtime. I have spent hours on the phone, in you shops, my computer and Internet cafes trying to get this matter sorted and feel I am flogging a dead horse as vodacom just does not care. Unfortunately we are all dependent on internet these days, you have the largest following and are arrogant enough to feel that you can survive your bad service. Perhaps you will take the time to read my complaint but more than likely it will end up in the trash. I am off overseas to visit my son in Canada on the 7th October and will only be back towards the end of November where I will enjoy have use of their internet and be able to get in touch with the world again.
