Please help me with this as my bill is so high. I'm retired and don't have money to pay.

Hellopeter. I have about 7 contracts with vodacom. These were taken for my family members. 2 contracts expired after 3 years in February. Call the cancelation dept to cancell these contracts as it expired and was paying a huge bill every month of R2999. Or R2600. Every month. As covid Affected my salary from my retirement annuity I'm struggling to pay this huge bill. As my children also don't pay me for the phone bills. However I called to cancel but the lady from retensions or cancelation dept. Her name is Renata Govender assured me that if I keep the 3 nos at a cost Of r39. 00 each she could reduce my other contracts by 50%.and I would pay R554 every month with retaining all my numbers.she also assured me my bill will be R554 and if I don't want it there's a cooling off period of 14days.said she's not selling a produce just making my bill lighter. She never said that she was from elite mobile too. I made this call on the 1st of February. Was told I can call by the 3 to make sure I will be paying R554. But this did not happen. I called the call centre to discover a different amount was charged and the bill is R1880. Spoke to so many people there but no one can get the lady that changed me account. I then told them want the 3 contracts that due to finish to be cancelled. Got a Ref no on the sms line to say it will take 7 days to cancell Ref no is 1 _***. I called to see if they cancelled the contracts they still can't find the query on their th. ete
