Please help me get my number back from Telkom

I went into a vodacom shop to port my number from Telkom mobile to Vodacom.<br> <br> I get zero network coverage from Telkom mobile at my house .<br> <br> I have been waiting over 4 weeks now, vodacom is saying Telkom won't release my number. Telkom don't say much as they are useless and don't know what they are doing themselves.<br> <br> I can't run a business without a phone, can someone at vodacom please HELP me?<br> <br> this is what the vodacom shop have said.<br> ? Wait for the port request to expire on the 10/11/15 and try again
