Please help me

Hi I have bought 2 iphones 15 at vodacom with contract at Rusterburg waterfall mall. Now the other phone does have network in physical sim card and esim. I went to vodacom wear I bought the phone then send me to vodacom greystone for help.

At grey stone vodacom we agreed that my screen protector is damaged then send the phone to the technician. In three weeks I went back to check my phone I was told that I have to pay R16000 fo the damaged screen.

And I told them when I was here we didn't say anything about broken screen it was protected.

I went to I store in menlyn they check everything on the phone and told me that the I phone side it's fine I need to go to the service proveder. Now at vodacom they still say they won't help me until I pay fo the screen.
