PLEASE HELP ME!

1. First I get sold a faulty unit from Incredible in alberton City.<br> 2. I then get told that the other laptop I wanted was more . wich wasnt the case 3 days before . <br> 3. I drive to the them and back 2 times<br> 4. Nine days later i get told that the contract is declined ,i should have never been approved .when am i coming for a refund<br> 5.i complain on hello peter .Marvin siad he'll get back to me<br> 6.
