Please help I did not upgrade

Hello, I need help please. Yesterday I called the call center to try and lower my monthly premium, I spoke to a very helpful gentleman I want to compliment him. My problem is that the Vodacom system says I upgraded last year, I have not upgraded in the last 5 years. Please can this be corrected on the system. Also please can you assist me with reducing my monthly premium.
