Please help

I took a cellphone contract with vodacom in 2018 was suppose yo end in 2020 November, vodacom is still deducting money from my account even thou the contract ended . I called them from December and even went to the voda shop where i took the contract but still iam not getting any help, i called many times on February and March , i was promised refund, the sad part is i had to leave my new born n go expose myself during this covid era at the voda shops.
