Please give me what I am paying for Vodacom

My problem started last Tuesday, 17 April 2018. Without my consent or any communication Vodacom terminated my cell phone contract, in error. Vodacom acknowledged that they made a mistake and apologised, but a week and half later my problem is still not resolved. I've spent about 4 hours at the vodacom shop and many hours with their call centre agents and still my contract has not been re-instated, and I don't know when it will be.

Adding to the frustration is that I get reference numbers for my queries and a day for two later I receive messages saying my query has been resolved, when it hasn't been.

My last two emails to Vodacom's Solutions Department (where I last heard the resolution of my problem sits) have not been responded to.

High Inconvenienced and Frustrated

A vodacom consultant called me and said that the vodacom employee who erroneously terminated my contract is on leave and that they need to wait for her to come back so that they can talk to her and ask her why she did so. This is completely nonsensical!!! Vodacom can see that this is an error on their side. They need to undo their mistake and make amends for the frustration, inconvenience and time they have costed me. Another day gone and resolution in sight.

Vodacom acknowledged the mistake and apologised. There is no need whatsoever to wait for their employee to return from leave so that they can ask her why she made a mistake. While this is happening, my contract is still terminated and this is costing me time and money
