Please get your act together, this complaint has not been resolved for almost six months!

I am forced to lodge a new complaint, because after they finally contacted me to say that the unwanted phone will be pcked up, I am still waiting - the unwanted phone is still with me!

I wrote the response below on the 29th of January on my previous (third) complaint about this issue, but I am still waiting for the phone to be picked up and my questions regarding the contract to be answered, so I am forced to create my FOURTH complaint about this It's been going on since SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR, but they just can't get their act together!

"They have indeed (FINALLY) contacted me, after FOUR months of trying! It seems the only way to get a reaction is to threaten to stop payment.

As we are now reverting back to my old contract, I would like to know if I am going to be refunded for the (unused) device that I am now returning, as there were down payments deducted.

The previous contract I had, is now past its 2 year period, so I will be shopping around for a new one from other service providers. I am sad to say goodbye to Vodacom, as I had never used another service provider since I bought my first mobile phone in 1995, but after my recent bad service, I simply have no other option."

Impossible! I work from home so I'm available 8am-5pm daily! I received no phone call to arrange collection of the phone!
