received an sms to redeem points - when one go into the sight to complete the delivery address Gauteng Province is not listed. phoned ***4, agent was very friendly and tried to assist - advised that he will transfer me to someone. Second agent - did not note his name- asked me for a cell number - he could not hear me, I asked why is there such a noise in his back ground as you could hear a lady at the back talking and the reason he could not hear me. he ended the call. Please listen to the calls . Very poor attitude. 2. this is your website and you dont know why Gauteng is not listed as a province for delivery? shocking.
