Please dont buy a contract phone ever again with Vodacom I learned my lesson

This Vodacom they are a *****. I phoned twice to cancel my data that I am not using now anymore over R300 for 50min and 700MB. I have phoned two agents and they put me on hold and tried to convince me to buy a new phone that I already have now that contract phone that I had is already broken and my contract ended already please help me with this people anyone. Please do not buy a phone on contract ever again because I learned my lesson with Vodacom
