Please do not sign up with them!!

I have just taken up a wifi package with you guys for R399 a month, your speed advertised showed 30mbs but ever since I received it my speed was never more than 10mbs. This entire week my speed was 1mbs or even less, this affecting my business as the signal is constantly dropping or it will load a page till forever. I am now using my mobile data off my phone to run my business!. Had I known that this is what I would be dealing with I would of NEVER taken a contract with you guys!
