Please dispatch my order

dear Vodacom. please dispatch my order K*** as promised, since being confirmed on Wednesday the 6th of July, then you told me there is no stock, then no you said there is stock, now am still waiting for dispatch and till today nothing. this is my second review in 6 days and i feel i am being unfairly treated as i am trying to do an upgrade 12 days later
