Please confirm your employee

Hi Vodacom. I was contacted by an employee of yours Yusuf with employee ID LM-NJSY001 to do an upgrade on my data contract. He was very helpful and informative. Thank you. However please can you confirm that he is a direct employee of yours. I have been deceived and blatantly **** to in the past by Rewards Co and Mondo Mobile who, because I refused to do further business with them, would then call me and lie saying they were directly from Vodacom, so I am extremely cautious now with who I deal with. I did ask Yusuf to send an email to me to confirm his employer, but he may have forgotten to do this. Thank you for your assistance
