I am not a Vodacom customer. I was about 10 years ago until I moved to a better network. Since June 2020 I receive an sms every month informing me RAM is out to deliver my parcel. My cell number was a Vodacom number and contract on my father's name. So some idiot is loading routers on my father's name with my cell number. And they are sent all over Western and Eastern Cape. Every month I have to inform RAM that the parcel is not for me. The number listed on every sms is a vodacom number which is out of service. I have sent emails, I have called, I have made rude calls and emails. Only response I always get is to verify myself (as a non vodacom customer, how the hell must i do that??). Or the call centre will refer. I spoke to the Fibre department where the gentleman told me he doesn't understand what my problem is. The ***** department paid attention and added the bill to my company account (because the email is listed for the company accounts). On the sms I received yesterday, I was given an email to report *****, yet the parcel is already out to be delivered today, somewhere in Cape Town. I am not sure how to get Vodacom to look into this, as it is either a call centre agent sending out random parcels to up his sales, or someone *****ing or just pure idiocy, as is the norm for Vodacom. I also suppose Vodacom has enough money to not query their huge courier account for undelivered parcels.
I have recently sent emails to their complaints email address which is also not being rep**** to.
