Please Cancel my Contract!!!!!!!

I have been to vodacom numerous times to cancel a business LTE contract VB013997-1 however they keep on stating that I need to call the call center *** to cancel, upon phoning they stated I needed to send an email to vbcancellations however I did not get any correspondence or feedback after the email was sent. It has been 4 years that I have the contract . I lost hope with thus lack of service.
