Please cancel
I have tried to cancel my contract with Vodacom. I have called their call center, been to a branch, spent numerous hours on the phone with them.
I have been referred from one person to the next, who then refers me to another division, and so on….
First they could not find me on their system (apparently they had not migrated me to their new system), then I was told to contact business banking. Business banking told me to contact ***, and they in turn told me to email *** I have already tried to reach them via Facebook, where they told me to send an email to ***. I am still waiting for any response.
Surely making it this impossible to cancel a contract cannot be lawful
