Please can Someone get back to me!

<p>For 1 week and 1 day I have been without connection. I have contacted vodacom customer care every day. Been to Pinecrest mall every single day , posted on hellopeter, was told i would be contacted and have still hear nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I demand that someone get back to me and tell me why my line is not working.
