Please call me urgently. I am at the vodacom store and being messed around by your stores for the the 3rd time sending in an application. The new story is that the s25 ultra 1tb cant accept s21 ultra as a trade in which is complete nonsense. I have checked with both cellucity and Samsung and it's not the case. Your service is really pathetic.
