Your reference NO:*** remains unresolved for more than a week now. That the user sounds different perhaps inebriated on the phone might have something to do with this. That the user cannot use your product due to dismal, nigh on no signal should concern you unless you are accustomed to paying for goods or services you do not receive? The user is not inebriated and suffers from cerebral palsy. Shame on you for your perceived judgement and double shame on you for your lack of pride of product, work ethic and the lack of a solution thus far. The result/solution required from yourselves is either a solution to boosting the signal or immediate cancellation/termination of the contract.
